  • I'm currently in BEGINNER  week 1 but it was too easy for me. Can I change the week of the program?

Yes, you can change the week of the program in Programme Management. But I'll suggest you always start with week 1 because it has been programmed the exercise, variation, and intensity with progression by the week.

The week of the program will be automatically changed every Monday. But if you can't wait to try the following week, you can always change it in Programme Management

  • I have started BEGINNER  and I want to try BADASS, what should I do?

You can select BADASS although you have already started BEGINNER.

Do not change your program in Programme Management if you want to continue the training in BEGINNER

However, once you have completed at least 1-week of BADASS program, the Programme Management will automatically change your program to BADASSas your Default program, and continue by the following week.

  • I started with BEGINNER  but I've changed to BADASS for few weeks. Then when I changed it back to BEGINNER , why is it starting from week 1 again?

Programme Management has recorded the BADASS as your Default week because you have completed at least 1 week of the program. So the other program will be restart from week 1. In this case, you can go to Programme Management and choose the program and the week that you want to start with.

  • Can I repeat the workout?

Of course, you can. The process will be slightly different depends on the situation.

  • If you have already completed all the workouts of the week and you want to repeat them, as long as it hasn't moved to the following week, you can still repeat the workout as many times as you want until next Monday.

  • If you have already completed the week and it has moved to the following week, go to Programme Management and you will see your current week and program. Choose the week that you want to restart, then save. Now it should be on the week that you have selected.

  • Why is the level of the workout shows Not Available?

Each week of the Warm-Up and Workout has different levels choose. Depends on your current program and weeks, if the level in the workout of the week is not available, then it will be shown as Not Available.

  • I have started my workout but then I leave at the middle-way, can I still return back to the workout?

Yes, you can. It will autosave your progress and allow you to continue the workout after that.

For example,

  • If you have left in the middle of Warm-Up and it hasn't complete yet, then when you return to the workout, it will start from Warm-Up again.

  • If you have left in the middle of Workout and it hasn't complete yet, then when you return to the workout, it will start from Workout again.

  • If you have left in the middle of Workout in round 2 but already completed round 1, then when you return to the workout, it will start from round 2 again.

  • How do I count the repetition (rep) on the rep-based exercises?

Here is how you count the rep to your exercise on rep-based workout:-

  • Exercises that are performed with alternating side, one (1) rep is right side+left side.

For example - 10 reps of BACK LUNGES = right leg+left leg is one (1) rep, then repeat 10 times.

  • Exercises that are performed with a single side (don't worry, you will see the description mentioning right side or left side during the workout), each side counts as one (1) rep.

For example - 10 reps of SINGLE LEG JUMP HOP - LEFT LEG = perform the exercise for ten (10) reps only on the left leg.
